My philosophy as a teacher is built on three pillars of foundation: Invitational Learning, Creativity and Technology, all of which will be included within a safe, nurturing, inclusive, faith driven environment, intended to prepare each student to be a productive member of the community.
"All the the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances, And one man in his time plays many parts, His acts being seven ages."
-Shakespeare
Mr. DiDonato's Bio:
I am originally from Toronto, and have been living in Vancouver since 2004. We live in the most beautiful city in the world, and I am excited to be working with students to nurture them and help them discover how unique and important they are, while helping to bridge them to the next stage of their lives.
I am looking forward to bringing my previous working experience into the classroom where students will be part of a learning community where I incorporate an invitational teaching strategy. It is my goal to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents, to ensure my students are happy, successful, productive members of their community.
I am an advocate for a zero tolerance bullying atmosphere; technology; a balance of critical and imaginative thinking and foundations of community learning through our faith.
